Meet the Artist: Noah Sandberg

Noah Sandberg grew up in San Diego, from Point Loma to Dulzura, but has spent most of his time in San Diego’s East County. Currently living in Jamul, Noah attends Cuyamaca College. His goal: transfer to the world-renowned college, CalArts,  with a special focus on character animation (drawing humans moving).

Noah is also an avid fan of history, from Mexicá to the origins of humanity. His obsession is everything to do with humans, which was the force driving him to work at The Heritage of the Americas Museum. HOTAM is a museum dedicated to the preservation and education of indigenous American cultures, located on campus of Cuyamaca College and is very important to Noah’s life!

Noah the Artist

Noah uses acrylic and charcoal, but is willing to create using just about anything. His art draws influences from historical art forms, as well as more modern forms of art such as Manga. One of Noah’s greatest influences is Eiichiro Oda, creator of One Piece. Oda is one of the reasons Noah does art today.
