The Downtown El Cajon Business Partners (DECBP) Association holds Board and committee meetings on a regular basis. Members of the public are encouraged to attend. The DECBP Board of Directors reviews all content that comes out of committees, task forces, or pertinent items that need to be addressed by the Board or needs action of the Board. All DECBP meetings are open to the general public, unless when in Closed Session, to discuss personnel or legal matters.
